We will be having our wedding in Copperhill, TN. Knowing the selected
location will be difficult for all to attend, we will be having an after
wedding celebration at a more local venue. When you RSVP, we request that
you select the venue/venues you will be attending.
Details below pertain to the wedding venue.
Saturday, October 12, 2023-2024
Ceremony Start: 2:00pm
Reception Start: 3:00pm
Dinner: 4:00pm (buffet style)
Reception End: All guests not staying on premise must leave by 11:00pm
(guests staying on premise - midnight)

This is a destination wedding. We completely understand if you are not
able to attend.
If you can not be present, we look forward to celebrating with you
upon our return home.
Dinner will be served at 4:00pm
Southern BBQ style food will be served in a buffet format
Each table will be sent up by the bride and groom to get their food
We will try to provide vegetarian and/or gluten-free options if we can
All drinks to be self-serve
Liquor will be on a table near the bar area inside the lodge
Beer bottles and cans will be located in coolers near the liquor table
35 guests will be selected to stay at the venue location
(notice will be provided to you upon rsvp if you have been selected to stay on site - all other guests
will
need
to book a room at a local hotel)
We have the venue booked from Friday, October 11th to Sunday, October 13th
Guests staying on premise can arrive as early as 3:00pm on the 11th
Check out time for on premise guests is Sunday, October 13th at 10:00am
Attire is to be semi-formal dress (See below for more details)
All guests not staying at the venue location must vacate the property by 11:00pm the day of the wedding
Guests staying at the venue location can remain at the reception till midnight; however, the music must be turned off after 11:00pm
No guests under the age of 21 will be permitted to the reception due to a restriction regarding the alcohol distribution
Attire is to be semi-formal dress
Men:
Dress pants and dress shirt
Suit, vest, and tie are optional
No khakis, polos, t-shirts, shorts, or jeans
Women:
Dress or dress pants with a blouse
No jeans, t-shirts, mini-skirts, or sneakers
Because this is a small intimate wedding with only our closest friends and family, we kindly ask our guests to wear attire in our wedding pallet if possible; not required. Below are our wedding colors, yet any item within the autumn color pallet will suffice.
